Snuggling up in Paris

From sunday to wednesday my boyfriend and I were in beautiful Paris as he gifted this trip as a birthday present to me. I was super excited for this trip for a very long time now and I planned to shoot one outfit everyday, but unfortunately I got a very bad flu that is still with me, and so we only managed to shoot this outfit for you on monday.

5 tipps about how to start a fashionblog

When I first had the idea to start blogging, I absolutely didn't know where to start. I thought that I had no fancy clothes, no matching accessories, no technical knowledge, no camera and in generel no experiences with that thing (of course- where should the experiences had came from?), but I really wanted to start! I never ever would have started blogging without my boyfriends motivation, but I'm happy I did because it became more than a hobby: fashion, reading blogs and writing my own became a passion, and there is nothing more calming after university and hours of learning than writing about my own impressions and feelings about fashion, beauty etc.

Christmas Gift Guide

It's that time of the year again where everybody is slowly beginning to think about what to give as a present for christmas. Especially when it comes to the presents for my dad and boyfriend, it's always the same: I have no idea. Because I know that I'm not the only daughter& girlfriend having this problem, and also men often don't know what to buy for a women, I thought about some nice presents that are all under 300€, so they're not breaking the bank completly.

That #chloegirls thing and a fishnet

When you are looking for the hashtag 'chloegirls' on Instagram, you will find over 50,000 photos showing especially handbags from the brand, but also shoes, sunglasses and outfits that have that signature Chloé- look: girly and romantic. I really loved the Chloé Faye bag at first sight, and when I thought about how to combine it, I knew that this bag will need something feminin to get the best out of it. Especially that 70's vibe I wanted to emphasize because that's one of the main connections you make with this bag.

Not Balmain Yet (but GG Marmont)

Lately I have seen the classic Balmain blazer on nearly every blogger (and their mother). I truly adore the style of this blazer and think that it would be a great investment for the next couple of years, but since the price is absolutely insane, I searched for an affordable alternative to the original style. Finally I found a very similar one from Mango, you can imagine how happy I was to find such a great alternative!

Update: Handbag Wishlist

You guys might have noticed that I have this thing with handbags and so there are always some potential new handbag family members on my wishlist. Today I'm going to show you an updated version of my current handbag wishlist!

Black Detailing

When my boyfriend and I explored Monaco for one day, I decided to go with a stylish but comfortable and light outfit. Monaco is a state that is tiny but extremly undulating (which can be very exhausting) and as we had temperatures about 35 celsius degrees, I really needed something to survive the heat with (same thing as in Cannes).

Exploring Cannes

For exploring a city I always prefer to keep my outfits casual and comfy as a lot of walking is always included. For exploring Cannes the challenge was to find an outfit that is comfy and light at the same time because it's so hot here at the Côte d'Azur!

Valentino Lock Bag

When I first saw the Valentino Lock Bag at it's most hyped time about 2 years ago, I fell in love with it immadiately. At that time, I was not in a position to buy this handbag and so I just enjoyed looking at it on other blogs. The hype about this bag became more and more less and I never really thought about buying it again, not because I didn't liked it anymore, but I just forgot about it.

Louis Vuitton Key Pouch and Rosalie Portemonnaie

Today I'm going to show you my currently most used designer items: the Louis Vuitton Key Pouch and the Rosalie wallet. I bought the items a while ago now and used them for about 3 respectively 2 months day in day out so I can share with you the first impressions I have.

Wedding Look

Yesterday I was on my very first wedding- my friend and fellow student Lisa said yes! As I had no experiences with what to wear on a wedding, the decision to find and choose an outfit was quite hard. First I was looking for a dress, but as I haven't found anything I liked, I decided to look for an alternative.

Baroque Detailing

There is one type of top that I would wear 365 days a year and I love to the moon and back: white blouses! My closet contains nearly every type of them, but only nearly. As soon as I saw this one, it was love at first sight and I had to order it- the detailing is just stunning and so feminine!

Berlin Calling

I always loved short city trips and as my boyfriend was in Berlin for his study, I decided to come with him just to have a few days off from studying and working. I love to travel, explore new places and just enjoy the spirit of a different city. I was in Berlin for several times already but Germany's capital is always worth traveling. Luckily the weather was great so we had the chance to shot my look for strolling threw Berlin.

Finally summer arrived in Germany (at least for a few days) and it is that time of the year to wear bright colours and soft materials again! Because the spring and summer season started now I was looking for a few new clothes to add to my wardrobe that may get favourites for the upcoming few month.

Chanel Le Vernis Longwear Nailpolish

When I was about 15 years old, I started reading my first blog about beauty and fashion. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the blog or the lady who wrote it, but she had a faible for Chanel, especially for their handbags and nailpolishes.
She had a massive amount of nailpolishes, like 30 or something like that, and I remember how impressed my 15 year- old me was and how I thought that one day, when I'm old (you know, 'old') I want to have as much Chanel nailpolishes as she had.

Flower Bomb

Two weeks ago I showed you a bomber jacket that was a very classic olive green one which is not that eye catching but stylish. When I scrolled through the online shops last week, I saw this fancy rose- black one with a massive floral print and guys, this jacket is pure perfection, not only because of the colours!

Essential: The Bomber Jacket

Fashion is like a cycle: Something becomes fashionable, everybody wants and wears it and after a season or longer, we forget about that one special piece, we slowly ask ourselfs "how we could have liked it?!" and begin to laugh about how we've looked. We get other clothes and accessories, something completly different gets in style and however, we find that old piece in our wardrobe and start to wear it again and boom, all designers start to create new interpretations of this piece and it becomes fashionable again.
